We provide local event planning services in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and other locations in Brazil. Services include planning, logistics, venue sourcing, marketing, and event staffing. We have experience in experimental events as well.
For foreign film crews in Brazil and Latin America, we offer simultaneous translation from Portuguese and Spanish to English, and from English to Spanish and Portuguese. Simultaneous translation into other languages for foreign film crews in Latin America is also available upon request.
We offer field producing and fixing/stringer services. Along with providing multi-lingual professionals to accompany foreign film crews during their time in Brazil and Latin America, we arrange for accommodation, transport, risk assessments, and pre-production work to assure filming while on location runs smoothly.
Dona Ana Films & Multimedia is an ANCINE-registered company, the Brazilian National Film Agency. We are able to have partnerships with foreign production companies while they are working in Brazil. In order for a foreign film or television crew to produce a production within Brazil, they must be associated with an ANCINE registered company. We are fully staffed to offer project management for on location film shots in Brazil and the Latin America region. Along with forward planning, we are fully staffed to deal with film and television production budgets for crews with multiple staff. We have also worked with long-term, on-going productions.
